Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ask for a refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUNDS

Digital Products

You have the right to request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the digital product, provided you have not yet downloaded or used the product. If your refund request is submitted within the stipulated 7-day period and the product has not yet been downloaded or used, we will refund the full purchase price.

Physical Products

Our physical products ("Merch") are produced throguh a POD company, Printify, this means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.

However, in case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us at support@codexofstrings.com within 30 days of product delivery, with a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

EXCEPTIONS

Digital Pruducts

If the product has already been downloaded or used, your right of withdrawal has expired and is not eligible for a refund.

Physical Products

Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
