REFUNDS

Digital Products

You have the right to request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the digital product, provided you have not yet downloaded or used the product. If your refund request is submitted within the stipulated 7-day period and the product has not yet been downloaded or used, we will refund the full purchase price.

EXCEPTIONS

Digital Products

If the product has already been downloaded or used, your right of withdrawal has expired and is not eligible for a refund. The same applies if the 7-day period has passed.
